For a simple Valentines Cake use a basic Victoria Sandwich recipe and bake in a heart shaped tin. You can either make two cakes and sandwich together with jam or make one and use butter cream as a topping (or you could make two cakes AND use butter cream for the topping!).Decorate with sugar hearts.
